At Twin City Eyecare we value our patients’ privacy. We will NOT sell, rent, or loan any of our patients’ personal information to a third party. We collect patient information for the sole purpose of processing an order that has been placed by the patient. We do not track and analyze non-relevant, non-personally identifiable information about our visitors and patients.

In order to fulfill your order, Twin City Eyecare will need to collect your name, email address, mailing address, contact lens prescription, phone number, credit card numbers and the name and phone number of your eye care provider. In accordance with Federal law, all contact lens prescriptions must be confirmed with your eye care provider before being filled. All personal information collected on you will be held in strictest confidence in accordance with HIPPA.

When you connect to our website, “cookies” may be stored on your hard drive. These cookies allow us to remember you by collecting non-personally identifiable information. This allows us to provide you with a more complete ordering experience by remembering which items you’ve ordered, and to check out faster after you’ve created an account with us. We do NOT use cookies to acquire and personal information about you, or track your movements on the internet. If you have any concerns about cookies being stored on your hard drive you can delete them by using your browser preferences or privacy menu.
